Products and Testing

Native mesquite honey: Harvested in the Spring and Fall this honey is mild and fine in texture. Ideal as a side, glazing, or drink sweetener this honey lends itself to blending with any other flavors.  At this time our honey can be found at the Food Conspiracy CO-OP or San Xavier CO-OP Farm store in Tucson, Arizona.

Honey Testing Results

So why test?  We want to provide accurate information to our customers.  Testing like this provides solid verification that the honey behind our label is authentic, and harvested just minutes from where it’s distributed.  This is the same testing used by enforcement agencies to uncover adulteration and smuggling of honey that by law is kept out of the United States for economic and health safety reasons.
